Welcome to my home page on the Inquiry Process!
We are going to work through an inquiry process as we explore the oral tradition of storytelling and its importance in education and learning.
As we begin, what is your understanding of inquiry? What is inquiry? You might ask yourself what is my job in inquiry and how will this serve my learning?
Points of Inquiry: The points of inquiry are designed to move learners through a process of thinking about, exploring and discussing a topic of interest. There are 5 points of inquiry: Connect and Wonder; Investigate, Construct, Express, and Reflect (Stripling, 1999). This project will follow the same phases of points of inquiry, but in simpler terms: Ask, Investigate, Create, Discuss and Reflect (AICDR).

I loved your video about the hummingbird! I feel like I could also use it for my inquiry unit with primary students to help them think about their place in the world and how they can better it. The video shows that it does not matter how small you are, you can make a difference.
